Our formulations are ingredient-focused, built around consistent meat blocks, and contain no mechanically-separated poultry, by-products, offal, or fillers. Honest John’s products contain a lower sodium and fat content than most leading national brands.

As the direct manufacturer, Smith Packing Company has the ability to offer custom cuts, pack sizes, or blends to meet the needs of our customers. Smith Packing Company offers all grades of US beef including Certified Angus Beef, Prime, Choice, Select, Commercial, and Natural.

Smith Packing Company has a fully implemented HACCP safety system for our meat processing, seafood, and distribution departments.

Our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) management system is focused on the prevention of problems in order to assure the safe production of our products.

HACCP applies technical and scientific principles to all phases of the food production process, including agricultural, food prep & handling, food processing, food service, distribution systems, and consumer handling.
