Palmer Food Services Driver Named to 2026 IFDA Truck Driver Hall of Fame
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (Sept. 17, 2026) — Palmer Food Services today announced that Bernard “Bernie” Briceland, has been named to the 2026 class of the International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) Truck Driver Hall of Fame.
Briceland, who has logged 30 years of safe driving, is among a record class of 108 professional drivers recognized this year for exceptional records of safety, service and dedication. The 2026 class, the largest in the program’s history, was inducted during IFDA’s annual Solutions Conference, held Sept. 13–15, 2026, in San Antonio.
- A minimum of 25 years of continuous service with an IFDA member company.
- 25 years without a chargeable accident.
- No moving violations in the past five years.
