Palmer Food Services today announced It will celebrate the grand opening of its Buffalo Client and Culinary Center at 12:00PM on Monday, May 9. Located at 1500 North America Drive in West Seneca, the facility was originally completed in 2020 (but opening was subsequently delayed due to the pandemic). The Palmer Food Services Buffalo Client and Culinary Center marks the company’s second corporate location in New York State and boasts an executive test kitchen, meeting space, and corporate offices.

“We’re thrilled to be able to officially open our Buffalo offices,” said President & CEO Kip Palmer. “The restaurant and foodservice communities in Western New York have welcomed Palmer Foods–and this is our chance to open our doors and return the favor.”

This new facility serves as the company’s Buffalo headquarters and will be used to host client training, menu development sessions, and food sampling events. During the opening, invited clients and vendors will join company leaders and Buffalo-area associates for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, exclusive food showcase, operations seminar, and open house.
