Next Level Chili Contest

Any cook worth their hot sauce can make a chili recipe sing. But do you have what it takes to push chili to the next level?

Bring up to a pint (16oz) of your best chili to the Future of Flavor Food Show and you could walk away with $1,000 (and a whole bunch of bragging rights). The winning restaurant will also be profiled on PalmerFoods.com and across our social channels.

The rules:

  1. Your chili must include a Certified Angus Beef® brand ingredient. Ground beef? Brisket? Chuck roast? Up to you. 
  2. You decide what makes it “next level” chili. Be ready to wow the judges with your explanation. Is it heat? Is it flavor? Is it a completely new approach?
  3. One entry per restaurant/account. Chili must arrive at a food-safe temperature (over 140° or under 40°).
  4. Entries must arrive between 11:00-12:00PM. Winner will be announced by 1:30PM.

There will be NO prep area or kitchen space available at the show, so plan ahead and come prepared.
